Biography
My name is Sandra. I have worked within the NDIS space for the past 6 years. My background was working in aged care. I am a dedicated, passionate support worker. I take pride in delivering a high level of supports to participants. I have experience in a variety of setting such as capacity building, high intensity supports, personal care, community access and domestic assistance. I have worked with a variety of agers including children through to elderly participants. I have experience with peg feeding, bowel routines, catheter care, lifting machines, diabetes management, and many others. I am not afraid to do the hard yards. I take great pride in being a part of someone's journey and supporting them to achieve their goals. I provide person centered supports. I believe everyone is unique individual, I see an individual's abilities not their disabilities. I believe everywhere and everyone should be inclusive, we all have the right to belong.
